I have decided not to do this any more because it was too much trouble and was beginning to irritate me trying to keep track.  These only cover 200 stories and I will not be taking this up again.

"Etc" simply means variations on that name (i.e. Jenny, Jenn...), or alternative spelling (i.e. Rebecca, Rebekah) and  related names that are very close to the initial name (I.e. Ashley and Ashton).
