This website is dedicated to the Flags of the Confederacy and the brave men (and women) who fought and died for the ideals represented by these flags. Humans can be defeated by the cruel hand of war, but ideals can never be destroyed for they are immortal, and  God always vindicates in His own good time.

I Love The Flag

 

I don't remember the day when I first had the idea for a Confederate flag page, but perhaps the vision had always been with me. Whenever a person sends me a link to a flag or a graphic of one, I feel a thrill and a sense of humility when I look at the flags. No words that I could say could express my feelings when I see one of these battle worn and sometimes bloodstained flags. At such a point, a feeling of awe comes over me.

 

Books to describe the War Between the States are in endless profusion, and each day seems to bring a new book, but these wordless messages of the flags speak a more eloquent and profound language than we can ever do. For me, these pages are a labor of love.
