As a humble engineer with several patents, I am currently seizing life in the Caribbean.
Since I retired 7 years ago, I have tried to visit all the beautiful places in the world.
I spent a year traveling around Europe, six months in Asia, to include Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, China, and several other places.
As as attempt to learn Spanish, I spent 8 months in South America and several weeks in Central America.
As a rough count, there are about 200 countries in the world and I have visited about half. This is not a goal or a quest, but more like a guideline. If I happen to see everywhere, well, that's OK.
I got a chance to visit the Alhambra in Spain. It is written that if you die and have not visited the Alhambra, then you have never really lived.
