UNIVERSITY BURSARY RESULTS

Bursary exam results - metro Auckland
Bursary exam results - other selected areas
(Requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader)

This bursary league table gives an indication of the number of exams sat by students at a school, a breakdown of grades achieved, the percentage of students that sat exams who gained entrance to university, the number of scholarships (marks in the top 3 to 4 per cent nationally) and the total of %A (300+ marks combined) and %B bursaries (250-299 marks combined) granted. Entrance and A and B bursary percentages are calculated from candidates taking 5 or more subjects. Many students sit fewer than 5 exams and are not included in this table.

An A grade is a final mark between 66 and 100 per cent, B (56-65 per cent), C (46-55 percent), D (30-45 percent) and E (29 percent and below). Each school's decile, or socioeconomic ranking, is listed in brackets beside its name. (1) lowest -(10) highest.
