The Plauge
Milo ran around the sand box over in the direction of the pool well Bell on the other hand ran RIGHT through the sand box knocking down the sand castle that Fizz and Jake had spent all morning working on putting sand on both of them. " Hey! Bella, wot did you do dat for? " Asked Jake as he was dusting the sand off of himself.. " It's ok I'll build you a batter one Jake. "Smiled Fizz.
Bella stopped not turning around said not really meninging it. " Sorry Fizz and Jake. " Then she reached across the pool trying to get the ball but she couldn't quite reach it. It kept drifting just out of her reach she reached and reached till she lost her balance and fell in the pool. The water wasn't very deep just a foot or so but enough to get her soaked.
" Bella are you ok? " Asked Fizz as she was running towards her from the sandbox. " Just peechie. " Said Bella imbarrassed and upset as she got up out of the pool. She pushed her way past Milo and Jake who were both laughing at her. " You two think that's funney don't you? " Bella asked. " Yup. " Said Milo. " And I must say it looks good on you, teach you for being so mean. "
Bella stomped over to the back door, and wrapped onthe door till ' mum ' came and opened it. " Goodness! What happened to you? " Said mum as she nelt down to take off Bella's shoes? " " Nothing. " Said Bella not wanting to say that she did something stupid. " " Come inside and let's see if we can get youinto some dry colthes. " " ok mum. " Said Bella as she waked inside.
Everyone else went back to playing while they were wating for Bella to come back. In a way it was a relief not to have Bella's bossyness for 5 mins. As much as they love her she can be a right royal paine in the neck. Bella came back outside about a half hour later wearig a abnoxous looking red bathing suite with a pair of yellow shorts pulled over the top, they had suspenders but they wern't done up right they were all twisted and only one was done up. She ovously dressed herself again.
Fizz tried to fix it but Bella didn't want her touching her, she was still upset. She hit her on the head severial times not hard enough to hurt but enough to get her message across saying. " NO! NO! NO! NO! " Fizz jumped backwads away from Bella's reach. " MARROOWW!! Ok FINE look stupid. " Said Fizz alll hurt as she sulked away from Bella.
Bella Grabbed Fizz by her hair, Fizz sharply turned around and grabbed Bella by her wrist. " You REALLY don't want to do that." Said Fizz very threatingly. Milo seeing a fight comming on pushed his way between the two saying:. 'OI! What's going on? Why are you so upset? " Bella's expression suddenly shanged from anger to very calm like nothing happened. She simpley said with an odd smile. " Nothing. " She walked away from them.
Milo and Fizz both look very puzzled. " They never seen Bella act like that. I mean she can be a bit bossy but she never really hurt anyone no matter how mad she got. Then Milo turned to Fizz. " Are you ok? " "Yes. " Said Fizz as she was stroking her hair where Bella pulled it. " Let he have a look. : Said Milo. Fizz bent down so Milo could see the top of her head.
" Oh my God! " Said Milo horrorfiled at what he saw. " Fizz suddenly sprung up almost knocking Milo under the chin. " What's wrong? " She said patting her head. " Didn't you feel anything when Bella grabbed your hair. " " Ofcourse I did Milo, but it's not BAD is it? " " She pulled some of it out. " Said Milo. " You're kidding!? " Said Fizz. " How much? "
" I dunno about the size of a quarter. " " Um.. don't tell mum. " Said Fizz quickly. " Why? " Asked Milo. " I don't want to make it worse by telling. She probably won't do that again, but I wished I knew what was the matter with her. " " She's always been evil. " Said Milo not thinking of what he was saying. " Fizz got upset and said. " MY sister is NOT evil Milo. "
" Hold on I didn't mean it like that. " Said Milo. " How did you mean it then? " " Um. I better go home I guess for a while. " Said Milo as he started to walk away. Fizz Grabbed him by his shirt coller and said " Oh no you don't you're staying right here! " " Look I'm sorry. I guess we all are upset. Maybe we should try to talk to Bella and try to see what's up. " Suggested Milo. " You can try. " sighed Fizz.
Fizz and Milo walked over to where Bella was. She was lyeing in the lawn chair with her arms folded, she legs corssed at the ankles just starring into nowhere as in deep thought. " Bella what's th ematter? " Milo asked. " Bells snapped out of the trance she was in, quickly unfolded her arms, sprung bolt upright, swong her legs around and snd smiled with that strange look again. " What maked you think anythins iis the matter? " She asked.
" You been acting very strange today, why? " " I don't know to be honest." Said Bella not looking Milo in the eyes, and that was very unlike her. Milo nelt down and mad her look at him. " Talk to me Bella. " He said. JUst at that moment mum called them inside to eat dinner. " Bella stood up and pushed her way past Milo before he could ask another question.
Later on at the dinner table it was same as normal well sort of. Jake was playing with his food as always. " Jake stop playing and eat. " said mum. " Not hungry. " Said Jake stubbornly. " I'm NOT going to play games with you tonight. You eat now or you don't wat till breakfast. " " ok." He said as he left the table. Fizz quickly ate her dinner and puther plate in the sink.
Bells didn't touch her dinner at all she sat there for the longest time everyone was done and she was still sitting there. " Are you allright? " asked mum. " Bells just looked at her and said. " Yes just not hungry. " " Well you don't have to sit there if you don't want to. But that's not like you not to eat anything. " Said mum. " Why do you worry? Jake dose it all the time. " Said Bella.
Well I know Jake always sneaks snacks anyway so don't worry about him so much. " Said mum. " I bet that's why he didn't want to eat his dinner. " Jus at that mpment there was THUD. Mum quickly turned around to find Fizz onthe floor she had triped over she shoe laces again. " Are you allright?" Asked mum. " Fizz got up as quickly as she could which wasnt very easy seeing that she was wearing oversized shoes which ALL Twenies have to wear in order to walk properly. They have very weak ankles and this helps give support so they won't snap them so eassly. " Yes. " Said fizz as she was looking ar her hand which had a little rug burn on it, but she
