Zeldamastery:
Zelda 6
Miyamoto continues his pattern of releasing two Zelda games for each system with this new game. With the new fans, and some apostatic ones, Majora's Mask becomes the most-awaited game in history, including such sellers of the game like the U.S. chain, Toys R Us, releasing videos with clips of the game to spark even more interest.
This game adds a new element of interest which none of the other Zelda games have: a time limit. Nintendo hyped up the game with the theory that there was only 72 hours to complete the game, but in fact, one can repeat the cycles as often as desired to finish the game. The real new element in the game is that certain events happen at certain times in the three-day cycle, and not whenever you encounter them, like in all the other games. |
