| Rupees are often dropped by enemies when they are destroyed. Some people may give you a large amount when you visit them. Blue rupees are worth more than flashing rupees. |

| FAIRY |
| If you find a fairy it will restore all your heart containers. Occasionally monsters drop fairies when they have been destroyed. |

| STOPWATCH |
| Destroyed enemies sometimes leave stopwatches, these pause all enemies on the screen. |
| These are very often dropped by enemies and each one will restore your life by 1. Large hearst are containers for your life energy. See Heart List |

| Use these to blow up walls or monsters. Sometimes dropped by enemies, you can also buy them in shops. |

| You need a bow before you can use arrows. Shoot enemies at long distance. Can be bought in shops. |

| SWORD |
| When you start the game go into the cave and get this sword. Hack your foes to bits! |

| WHITE SWORD |
| Can be found in Northern Hyrule, above the waterfall. You must have 5+ hearts. More powerful than the basic sword. |

| MAGIC SWORD |
| The magic Sword is in the graveyardin the North West of Hyrule. Go through the forest maze to get to it. Once in the forest go: Up 1, Left 1, Down 1, Left 1. To get through it. You need 12+ hearts to get the sword.The best sword. |

| POWER BRACELET |
| This bracelet will give you more strenngth to move things. Find it east of the graveyard, on a screen full of stalfos statues. Press the top right one to get it. |
| BLUE RING |
 |
| BLUE CANDLE |
| This ring increases your defence to get it follow this route. FROM START go: Up 1, Left 3, Up 3. Push on the sleeping statues until you find the entrance. |

| Buy it in shops. It can burn bushes or light up dark dungeons. Can be used only once per screen. |
 |
| LARGE SHIELD |
| Is better than the shield you start off with. The large shield can deflect fireballs. Buy it in shops. |

| NOTE |
| In a cave in the North East of Hyrule. FROM START SCREEN: go Right 4, Up 5, Right 2, Up 1, Right 1, Up 1. Once you have the note you can buy potions from old ladies. Just show it to them. |

| BLUE POTION |
| Buy this from old ladies, blue potions can be used once to restore your hearts. |
| RED POTION |
| Buy this from old ladies, red potions can be used twice to restore your hearts. Buying two blue potions will give you a red potion. |

| MAP |

| When you get a dungeon compass, you can see your location and the wherabouts of the dungeon triforce piece. |
| COMPASS |

| BOOMERANG |
| Stun your enemies with this boomernag, making them easier to destroy. Found in Dungeon 1 |

| BOW |
| You can use arrows once you have obtained the bow in Dungeon 1 |

| METAL BOOMERANG |
| Flies further than a normal boomernag. Can be found in Dungeon 2 |
 |
| RAFT |
| Use this to sail to islands. have it equipped while standing on wooden jettys. Can be found in Dungeon 3 |

| LADDER |
| The ladder enables you to reach higher places and cross narrow stretches of water. Find it in Dungeon 4 |

| WHISTLE |
| This whistle can open hidden entrances and warp you when used. It can be found and used against the boss in Dungeon 5 |
| MAGIC WAND |
 |
| Blast those baddies with the magic wand. Some enemies can only be defeated with this weapon. Find it in Dungeon 6 |

| RED CANDLE |
| Does the same job as the blue candle, but can be used as many times on one screen as you want. Find it in Dungeon 7 |

| MAGIC BOOK |
| A spell from this book will help you on your journey. Pick it up in Dungeon 8 |

| MASTER KEY |
| This key can open any locked door. Get it in Dungeon 8 |

| RED RING |
| More powerful than the blue ring. Find it in Dungeon 9 |

| SILVER ARROW |
| You need these arrows to defeat Ganon. Find them in Dungeon 9 |

| BAIT |
| lay this bait on the ground to attract monsters around it. Can be bought at the same place as the Blue Ring (see above) |
