Squall Leonhart Weapon: Gunblade Best Limit Break: Lionhart Squall is the hero of FF8. He is very antisocial and tries not to get close to anyone. Zell always tries to talk to Squall and get to know him better, but Squall thinks Zell is too loud and hyper. I guess you can say, he doesn't really like Zell, but  he TOLERATES Zell. He doesn't like when people interfere in his business, and doesn't want people to rely on him, because he feels like nobody can count on anybody. Of course, he changes a little as the game progresses thanks to Rinoa. She makes him open up more and show his feelings. Also, when you learn a little more about his past, it sort of explains why he's so introverted and how he doesn't feel like he can rely on anyone but himself.
