-Zell is a SeeD. He joins your party early in the game. Squall's initial reaction to Zell is that he is too hyper! Zell joined the Garden when he was 13 to train himself to be a great soldier. He wants to be like his grandfather, who was also a soldier. He's an honest fighter and he's very straightforward. Zell grew up in a wealthy family, and because of this he lacks seriousness. He's a quick fighter and Martial arts expert.  He sometimes reacts too quickly without thinking things through, but he has a good heart. -He is from Balamb, a hometown hero. (Although people in his town don't think he is very smart. :)) When you go to his home in Balamb Zell doesn't want you to go in his room for some reason. He FINALLY allows the group into his room and there's not much to see!  He has a very neat room with guns on the wall.  If Irvine is in your party he starts to play with the guns and Zell yells at him not to. ^_^*  -Later in the game, we find out that Zell was adopted by his family in Balamb, and that he really grew up in the orphanage with the rest of the gang. When he was a child, he was constantly bullied by Seifer who called him chickenwuss. . (which he hates)...Also the other kids sometimes made fun of him because he was "scaredy cat"! He seemed like he might have been... and he does seem hyper as well... but that's why I like Zell! He has his faults but I love him anyway! Why he's my favorite... -when the group was trapped in the Desert Prison and Zell stood up for the Moomba who was getting mistreated. Sure, Zell did wind up getting beat up for his efforts, but at least he tried! - he has a cool tattoo on his face! Very... ummm... different! - It was funny how he chokes while eating the hotdogs at the end of the game!  He eats like a pig!  ^_^ - People say he's too hyper, but I LIKE his personality. So what if he's hyper!? Personally, I'd love to have a friend like that. He's more fun because he has all that energy! ^_^ - He's my favorite because he has a unique personality. He may not be as tough as he thinks he is, he may be loud and hyper, he may overreact to everything,  but thats why I love Zell! - -
