The Gift of Masonry A group of craftsmen were talking about the nature of Masonry, and one had the following insight: "Masonry is like a mysterious package given to us in beautiful wrappings, and each of us receives it like a child. Some children become so enchanted by the wrappings that they forget about the gift itself. Some rip away the wrappings and immediately dump out the contents so they can play with the box. And some of us tear through the wrappings and the box with a single question in mind: 'What's inside?'" |
