all three girls sit down at the table with the others who are playing poker

Touji: ah class rep, care to lose some money 'smiles'

Kensuke: or we can change the currency, how about strip poker

the two look lecherously at each other

Touji: would be fun

Asuka: i think not hentai 'slaps touji and ken'

Shinji: did...did you want to join us?

Rei: yes. 'sits next to shinji' will you teach me

Asuka: Hmmmph! don't get so close wondergirl 'sits on his other side'

'several hands later'

Rei: i understand now, thank you ikari-kun

Hikari: touji...can i borrow some money...i lost all of mine

Touji: i'd love to..but i lost all mine to

Asuke: 'its all thanks to wondergirls poker face..not fair' well i'm 
		bored of this, ne shinji how about we do something else
		'gives him a rather suggestive look'

Ken: na..he's still winning...him and ayanami are a team agaist us

Shinji: i..i'm just playing guys honest 'but this isn't so bad'

Asuka: oh sh*t we have a movie to watch, get moving 'stands and knocks rei over'

Touji: 'whispers to ken' think she's upset that shinji's not drooling over her?

Kensuke: 'laughs' shinji you dog, one on both side

Asuka + rei procede to render Kensuke unconscious

shinji: i guess we have one less viewer today..well for now

A Child’s Vengeance

The sun burned red as it set.  The graveyard was bathed in an eerie light
The tears burned Misato’s checks as they ran down.
Three small coffins were lowered into the ground
Rei, Asuka and Shinji, gunned down for no reason
Misato leaned on Kaji as the funeral finished.

>>>Asuka+Rei+Shinji: WHAT WERE DEAD!!

On the hill, Commander Ikari and Ritsuko watched
the services end.

“Those poor children,” said Ritsuko

“They stood in the way.  Now they don’t.  They are in a better place”
said Ikari

>>>Asuka: yeah dead in the ground beats looking at your face you B*st*rd

>>>Rei: the commander..had 'me' killed to 'eyes flicker red'

The crowd broke up.  No one noticed the three black birds perched on the 
high church roof.  Staring with watchful eyes at the funeral they flew off for places unknown.


ONE YEAR LATER

One of the birds has returned.  It was a crow.  It landed one of the three tombstones
the one marked, Shinji Ikari.  The bird’s eyes gazed down at the mound of dirt.  It knew 
it’s role in the set of events to take place.  Many people would have said that what was 
about to happen, was against the will of God.  They could say that, it wasn’t their souls 
who were suffering.   The soul has been in pain to long, now it was time to reileve that pain.

>>>ken staggers in and takes his seat

Somewhere in a dimly lit room, deep in Nerv HQ

“The time is almost at hand Ikari” spoke Keel

“I know.  With the pilots gone everything is going as planned.”
said Ikari

At the graveyard, the grave where the crow had landed began to shake and push up.

| Kaji’s Apartment |

“Misato?  What the matter” asked Kaji
Kaji had come to see Misato staring out the window.  A teary look on her face.
Misato look at him
“I, I, I just miss them.”said Misato

>>>Asuka: so she finaly threw out her stock of empty bear bottles?

>>>Shinji: or all the instant food

Kaji moved closer to her.  Putting his arms around Misato’s waist

“I know.  I miss them too.” admitted Kaji.

“How do you thinking they’d take the news” asked Misato

“About us?” asked Kaji

“Yes,”

“I  think they’d be happy for us.” said Kaji

“Me too” said Misato as she leaned back on her new husband

Misato and Kaji were married a few months after the children’s deaths
Misato abandoned her apartment, leaving it a monument to her dead roommates.

>>>Asuka: KAJI!!! MY KAJI!! how dare she take him away fromme

The grave bulged and finally shattered open.

Shinji slowly pulled himself out of the grave
Cold, shivering and confused he looked around.  he cough roughly, for his body had 
not drawn air in over a year.  He was awake, but still dead.  How was this possible?
 The bird wacthed this from it’s postion on the tomdstone. It cawed loudly then took 
off.  Shinji had an unnatural draw to follow the black bird.
He ran through the dark streets.  Climbing onto a roof he then ran along the roof tops
until the bird landed on a familiar balcony

Shinji jumped from the roof and landed on the balcony.  Sliding open the glass door
Shinji walked into Misato’s apartment .

Images and feelings began to bombard him.
He, Rei and Asuka sitting around working on literary homework
Suddenly the door bursts open.  In walked Commanders Ikari and Fuyutsuki
and Ritsuko.  
“Dr. Akagi?” asked Rei
“Commander Fuyutski?” asked Asuka
“Father?” asked Shinji

>>>Kensuke: hey this reminds me of a gaijin movie..but shinji doesn't look
	    like he knows martial arts

Each draw a gun and shot down the children in cold blood.
Shinji felt the bullets rip into his flesh as his father fired again and again.

>>>Asuka: ah fatherly love

In Misato’s apartment the Shinji could feel the bullets rip into him for a second time.
This time however he felt the pain of Rei and Asuka as bullets tore through their flesh.
He relived the pain both physical and psychological.  The pain not just of the bullets but 
the pain of betrayal.

>>>Shinji: well i never realy counted on father for anyting else

>>>Rei: the doctor as well, i don't trust her as far as i could at-field her

Shinji’s body jerked with the impact of the bullets, wounds appeared in his flesh, 
blood flowed openly.   Shinji collapsed to the floor.  Overwhelmed by the memories.
Finally the haze cleared and he remembered.
His father had betrayed him, killed him and two girls he loved.
He now rembered why he was back, why he was walking dead
Only one though coursed  through his head.: Revenge
Avenge himself, avenge Asuka, avenge Rei.  Kill his father and the ones that
betrayed them.  

>>>Asuka: see i knew he loved me

>>>Shinji: i..its only a ...movie

He turned to the bird, “That why I ‘m here isn’t it?” he asked horsly

Searching through the abandoned apartment he found a solid black plug suit.
It was  Kaworu’s.  Shinji stripped off his burial clothes and replaced them with the 
plug suit. Hitting the switch on the wrist the suit became skin tight. He looked in a mirror.
Something wasn’t right, something was missing.  Looking around Shinji saw the book
he and the girls had been working with on the day they died.  On the cover was
a picture on an ancient theatrical mask.  Solid white with blacks lines extending from the
edges of the mouth and the eyes.  Shinji walked into Asuka’s old room.
He was hit by memories and emotions that Asuka had felt. The death of her mother, being
abandoned by her father and his new wife. Stumbling under the onslaught of the image, 
Shinji crashed into the dresser.  Opening the top draw he found Asuka’s old makeup,
probably some stuff she got from Misato,  He pulled out a white powder and a black 
lipstick. Using Asuka’s mirror he worked the make up so that his face now resembled the 
theatrical mask of their book.

>>>HIkari:..eeewww shinji's a cross dresser

Shinji raise his arm and the crow flew to him.  Now was the time to begin his mission.
As if ordered, the crow flew out of the window, with Shinji in closer pursuit, hunting 
the ones who killed him.  

>>>Rei: he is quite dashing in black

>>>touji: yeah and he can put make-up on really well..sure your not a woman shin-man
	  would explain a bit

>>>Kensuke: yeah like how you can't get the funk on with your ladies

>>>Asuka: what would you know of that stoogies..you never could get a girlfriend if you won

Ritsuko and Maya walked through the dark streets

“Quiet night Dr. Akagi” said Maya

“Sure is Maya.  Night like this anything could happen” said Ritsuko

“Anything?” asked Maya  She had a small hope of something special

Ritsuko could almost sense what Maya wanted.
“Yes Maya, Anything” said Ritsuko

The two women walked to Ritsuko’s apartment

“Why don’t you come in for a little while Maya?” offered Ritsuko

“OK.” said Maya, her hope building.

>>>Rei: i knew the doctor was ill..mentaly and physically

>>>Asuka: their..their...lesbians!!

>>>shinji: i for one am glad..when we walked naked down that hall..they were looking
	   at you and not me

>>>touji + ken: ah so you saw them naked shin-man, you are a dog

>>>Shinji: 'blushes crimson' it..it was for work

They entered the apartment.  Ritsuko noticed the window open
 though Ritsuko.

The two women settled in
Ritsuko went to make some tea.  Brining it in, she sat next to Maya on the couch  

“Maya I want to you to know that you’re an excellent assistant” said Ritsuko

‘I’d Id’ like to be more than assistant” said Maya shyly

“I know.” said Ritsuko.  She moved closer to Maya almost as if to kiss her.

Suddenly a cawing broke the moment

“What the hell” asked Ritsuko quietly
Out of the corner of her eye, she saw some one enter from the open window.

>>>Shinji: thats what we'd like to know.

>>>Touji: this movie is a odd man

A small figure dress all in black, his face painted up like Halloween

“The doctor is in, I see” he said. His voice strikingly familiar

“Who are you?” asked Ritsuko

“Did I make that small an impression on you Ritsuko?” said the figure
“You don’t remember the Third Child?”

“Shinji?” gasped Ritsuko

Maya looked horrified

“Y-Y-You’re dead.” stammered Ritsuko

>>>Asuka: well emotionally he is

“So are you.” said Shinji flatly
Ritsuko opened an end table drawer she pulled out a gun.

Maya screamed and ran to hide in the bathroom

“Go on Ritsuko.  Kill me again.” taunted Shinji

Ritsuko fired and fired again

Maya filched every time she heard a shot.

Shinji didn’t fall, he just stood there
Ritsuko watched in horror as the bullet holes closed
Shinji looked at her and grinned.  With the makeup on his grin terrified her.

>>>Kensuke: so shinji's going to get the funk on with the doctor.she is a babe

>>>Asuka: 'smakes Ken again' just shut up 

Grabbing her by the collar, Shinji threw Ritsuko over the couch into the counter
separating the kitchen and living room.  Jumping on the back of the couch Shinji 
jumped onto the counter.  Ritsuko stood up and looked where Shinji had just been.

“Uh doctor?  Over here”. Shinji said. He opened a draw and found Ritsuko’s kitchen knives

Ritsuko stood and turned to run.

“Remember, you mustn’t run away” said Shinji

>>>Shinji: hey thats my line!!! you can't use it like that

He threw a knife, hitting Ritsuko directly in her left knee.

Ritsuko shouted in pain as she fell to the floor
Shinji pulled out a larger knife then leapt on top of Ritsuko.

“Hmmm” Shinji said as he looked at the area of Ritsuko’s heart
“Looks bad,  I’ll have to operate.”

Shinji raised the knife high.  Ritsuko screamed as the knife came down.

>>>Rei: that does not appear to be what ikari-kun would do

>>>Touji: go shinji!! you da man, never knew you had such a nack for the knife

>>>Asuka: 'whipes some drool of her chin' now thats a man

The door to the bathroom burst open. Maya screamed

“Don’t kill me. please Shinji don’t kill me” she said

Shinji’s appearance seemed to soften as he bent next to her

“I’m not going to kill you.  But there is something I want” said Shinji

Maya started shaking, fearful of what Shinji meant

>>>Kensuke: so.

>>>HIkari: think before speaking kensuke

>>>Kensuke: oh..sorry

“I want you to tell my father and Commander Fuyutsuki that death is coming.
they have to pay for the deaths of Rei and Asuka as well as my own.  Ritsuko has already
 paid, they’re next.”  said Shinji grimly

Maya ran from the bathroom, pausing only to look at Ritsuko’s corpse, she ran from the 
apartment. Shinji watched her go.  Moving back into Ritsuko’s living room, he found a large 
black coat that belonged to Ritsuko.  Picking it up, he put it on.  
Then Shinji picked up the gun from where Ritsuko had dropped it.
Putting it in his pocket he, checked the drawer and took the extra ammo clip.

>>>Rei: the doctors coat was white..all 500 of them

>>>Asuka: wow he looks better with the coat

>>>Shinji: it..its just a movie rember

Finally he turned to Ritsuko’s corpse.

‘What do you think?” asked Fuyutsuki

Maya had just reported what had happened and had jut run out.

“So. some one pretending to be my son has returned to get revenge for their deaths.”
said Ikari

“How would some one else know about this?’ asked Fuyutsuki.

“I don’t know.” said Ikari “But we must not allow it to interfere with our plans.”

>>>Shinji: to steal cable?

>>>Touji: the adult channel?

>>>Rei: make clones and almost make humans gods but betray peaple then die?

>>>Asuka: your weird

Maya ran from the room, she nearly crashed head first into Kaji

“Who, easy Maya.  Where’s the fire?” asked Kaji

>>>Kensuke: down stairs we have to run AAAAAHHHHHH 'slap'

>>>REi: i can't hear

“I have to go.” insisted Maya

‘OK, OK, but first.  Where’ Ritsuko” asked Kaji

“She’s, she’s, she’s dead” choked out Maya

Kaji was shocked

“Dead?  How?” asked Kaji

“Shinji killed her” said Maya before she ran away.

“Shinji?  but  He’s dead” said Kaji aloud

>>>Shinji: this is rather repeatitive isn't it, i'm dead, their dead, all dead


 | Later that night |

Commander Fuyustuki exited the train and began to walk to his apartment. 
Due to the minimal amounts of crime He felt no danger of cutting through an alley. 
Walking swiftly Fuyutsuki suddenly felt as if he was being watched.
A crash to his right caught his attention.  Out of a pile of cardboard boxes
a figure walked towards him.  The figure was small dressed all in black with white face paint.
A chill ran down Fuyustuki’s spine.  This was the guy who killed Ritsuko.

“Good evening Commander” said the figure.

>>>Asuka: sub- commander, sheesh shinji can't you get anything right?

>>>Shinji: hey, i don't realy care what the sub-text of his name is

Fuyutsuki drew his gun

“Hold it!” he ordered.

“Ritsuko tried that.  Ask Maya how effective it was” said the figure

“Oh, my God!  Shinji!” gasped Nerv’s Sub-Commander

He fired four rapid shots.  Shinji just stood there
Shinji looked down at the new wounds and watched them close
He began to laugh a horrible, terrifying laugh

>>>Kensuke: why, thats shinji's normal laugh,

>>>Shinji: i inherited that from father

Fuyustuki was scared, put his gun away and ran for his apartment.  
Shinji just stood there. laughing

The Sub-Commander ran into the night, Shinji’s laugh still echoing in his ears

Finally he reach his apartment.  The terrified man shut the door and 
secured all the locks.  Panting he sat down in a chair.  
The next sound chilled his bones.

‘Enjoy your night time run Sir?” asked a familiar voice

Fuyustuki began to reach for his gun, but the click of a gun stopped him.

“Don’t do that Commander,” said Shinji as he walked from behind Fuyustuki and sat on 
the couch across from the scared Commander .

Shinji held his gun on Fuyutsuki

“You’re sweating.” Shinji tossed Fuyustuki a tissue
“Here.  dry off.”

Fuyustuki wiped his brow as Shinji stood up and walked over to a cabinet.  
He pulled out a small bottle of liquor

>>>Touji: they make you look so cool shinji

>>>Asuka: yeah..they sure do 'eyes the shinji next to her' lets see how close you come to that
          one 'preditory look'

>>>Rei: No

>>>Shinji: 'if i say anythign i'm dead..but i kinda like this..i look so cool..and they like it
 	    to' its..a movie

“Here,  you’re going to need this..” Shinji paused for a moment
“I just realized, I don’t know you first name Commander.  What is it?” asked Shinji

“It’s, it’s, it’s Kozo.” stammered Fuyutsuki

“Kozo?  Mind if I call you Kozo?” asked Shinji

Kozo could only nod, he opened the small bottle on booze and took a drink

“Now tell me.  Why did you kill us?’ asked Shinji

“It, It was part of the committee’s scenario.” said Kozo

“Committee?” asked Shinji 

‘SEELE, They formed Nerv, Your father works for them.  They plan to initiate Third Impact, using 
the dummy plugs.  But first they had to get rid of you and the other pilots so we were forced to 
use the dummy plugs” admitted Fuyutsuki

>>>Rei: well didn't the doctor take care of that?

“I can almost understand Asuka and myself, but why Rei?” asked Shinji
“She would have done anything the bastard father of mine would have asked.”

>>>Touji: anything ?

>>>Rei: don't make me hit you

“Ikari believed you and Asuka corrupted her.” explained the nervous proffesor
“She began to show emotion, that made her useless to Ikari’s plan. You’re fatehr thought she 
was just a libablity so she had to die too”

“So you killed us in cold blood?”” Shinji said angrily
“Now Kozo, You’re going to tell where to find my father and SEELE.”

“He’s, He’s got a meeting tomorrow night.” said Fuyutsuki

“Where?” demanded Shinji

Fuyutsuki revealed where the meeting was and how to get there.

“Thank you Kozo” aid Shinji.  He turned to leave but paused
“When you see Ritsuko, say hello for me.  My father will be joining you shortly”

Fuyutsuki turned white as Shinji pointed the gun and emptied his ammo clip into Nerv’s
 Sub-Commander.

>>>Asuka: now thats the shinji i lo...

>>>Kensuke: what was that?

>>>Rei: yes what?

>>>Asuka: NOTHING!

>>>Shinji: um..ayanami..am i a bad infulence

>>>Rei: 'turns to face him' i don't care what the commander thinks about my out of work life

About noon the next day Kaji returned home and found Misato waiting for him

“Well” asked Misato as her new husband walked in

“Fuyustuki is dead, so is Ritsuko” said Kaji

Tears began to run down Misato’s cheek

“I’m sorry.” said Kaji

‘Do they do know who did it?” asked Misato

“No, but they think it’s the same guy.  At both murders they found a drawing of
a bird’s outline” said Kaji

“No witnesses” asked Misato

“No” said Kaji Then remembering the events prior to Fuyustuki death
“Wait, Maya was there when Ritsuko died.  She claims it was Shinji” said Kaji

“But Shinji’s dead.” said Misato

>>>Shinji: go figure, i'm dead AGAIN, i mean with all the crazy crap in this world
	   is this so hard to grasp?
 
“But” said Kaji. “If he did come back, where do you think he’d go?”

“Where else?’ said Misato  “Home.”

It was dusk when Misato entered her old apartment.

“Shinji?’ she whispered
A bone chilling aura seemed to fill the air.  Memories came back to her
Going out with Kaji and coming home to find her roommates and Rei, shot dead. 
Their blood staining the carpet.  Misato had been in shock for a week afterward, even 
after the funeral.She was thankful Kaji was there to help her.  Misato never wanted to 
go back to her apartment after that nightSo she moved in with Kaji and a few weeks 
later they were married.  

Walking through the apartment she called again
“Shinji?”



“To hell with it.” said Misato
She turned to leave

“Giving up already Misato?” a voice called

>>>Shinji: its my job to give up with out a fight

>>>Asuka: so glad you realized it, so bow down and kiss my feat or i'll hurt you 'smiles'

>>>touji: so i guess asuka works the whip at night, ne shinji

>>>Shinji: 'i don't like all this attention'

Misato turned around and saw some one sitting on the couch, She could swear he wasn’t there 
before

“Shinji?’ asked Misato

The person on the couch stood up.  Dressed all in black with a face that’d make a clown cry.

“Shinji?’ Misato asked again

“Yes, Misato.  I’m back.” said Shinji

Misato ran towards him and hugged Shinji tightly

“Shinji, I missed you.” sobbed Misato

“I missed you too Misato” said Shinji

“I- I -I can’t believe you’re back” said Misato

“I’m not here for long Misato.  Just long enough to get revenge for our deaths”
said Shinji

“Revenge?” asked Misato, this didn’t sound like her Shinji

“You never found out who killed us or why, did you?’ asked Shinji

“No we didn’t.” admitted Misato.

“It was Ritsuko, Commander Fuyustuki and Father who killed us.” said Shinji

“What?  Why?” asked a shocked Misato

“A committee called SEELE told them too” said Shinji

“How did you find this out?” asked Misato

>>>Kensuke: a big bird told me

>>> touji: big bird? isn't that some gaijin thing?

>>>Kensuke: no its black not yellow

A wicked grim crossed Shinji’s face
“A parting gift from good old Kozo,  He confided in me before he joined Ritsuko.”

“You did kill them.” Said Misato in horror

‘They killed us first Misato.  For the past year my soul hasn’t been able to rest.
Knowing what they did to me, to Rei and to Asuka.  I had to make them pay.” 
said Shinji grimly

“now what do you do?” asked Misato

“My father has a meeting with SEELE tonight.  I plan to crash it.  I will make them all pay.”
said Shinji

“Then what Shinji?” asked Misato with a trace of fear in her voice

“Then I go back.  Then I get to join Asuka and Rei” said Shinji.

“Will you say goodbye first?” asked Misato

“I will” agreed Shinji

Misato left the apartment without saying another word.
She walked back to her new home, in a daze from here encounter with 
Shinji.  Upon arrival at the apartment she opened the door.  Kaji wasn’t home yet.
She figured she had a few hours.  Misato shut the door then went to the fridge and 
removed a beer.Opening it she drank it quickly.  She had no desire to be sober at that moment.
Misato had just finished her third beer when she heard a noise and felt a sharp pain in 
her arm.Spinning around Misato was face to face with Commander Ikari
She tried to speak, but do to the beers it came out slurred

“Wwwhhhh” Was all Misato was able to choke out before she fainted

>>>Shinji: but all she drank was her chaser

>>>Asuka: yeah she could easily drink about 12x that and not feel a thing

>>>Kensuke: when she does..you'll invite me over right?

Ikari loomed over her. 
“You are my insurance” he said evilly.


>>>Rei: so he uses others for collateral as well, two of my "sisters" went to his house

>>>Shinji: did you say something ayanami?

>>>Rei: no

| Later that night in a dimly lit room |

“Is the scenario threatened by the recent deaths” asked the thin man

“No.  Everything is going as planned” said Ikari

>>>Asuka: all the people i know are being murdered horribly, yes all is fine

What no one at the meeting knew hanging above them in the rafters of the room
Shinji and the crow watched events un-fold.  

 thought Shinji as he sent he bird down first.

“Now to finalize our scenario” said Keel
He was interrupted by the cawing of the crow landing.

‘How did that creature get in here?’ asked the thin man

A sudden crashed answered that question
Shinji had landed in the middle of the table

“Sorry gentlemen, meeting adjourned” said Shinji
as he pulled out both Kozo’ and Ritsuko’s guns

The thin man and the fat man opposite him were the first to die.
Then two more of the committee were cut down.
One member tried to pull a gun.  Shinji jumped off the table
and tackled the man.  Then placed the man’s gun beneath his chin and blew the man’s brains out.
Standing up he shot down two more committee members.

>>>hikari: um..asuka..your nose is bleeding

>>>ken+touji knudge shoulders

“You’re all going to die for fucking up our lives!” shouted Shinji
as he gunned down the rest of the committee.  

He had seen his father run from the room during the attack.  He would get his father later.  
Now there was one man left.  The man who was apparently the head of SEELE the man they called 
Keel

Shinji shot the man’s knees out.  
As Keel tried to get up Shinji grabbed him

“This is all your fault old man” said Shinji angrily

Keel screamed, “I’m immortal  I can’t die”

“Let’s test that theory” said Shinji as he emptied the ammo clip into Keel’s head

Keel’s body slumped to the floor

“Guess you were wrong old man” said Shinji

Looking around to make sure everyone else was dead,  Shinji took off after his father.

Shinji found his father in his office

“It’s over Father.” said Shinji as he walked in.

“I don’t think so” said Commander Ikari

The Commander had been standing next o his chair, now he spun the chair around
to reveal a tied up Misato

>>>shinji: touji..ken..your noses are bleeding

>>>Asuka: HENTAI

“Misato!” exclaimed Shinji

Gendou produced a gun and pointed it at Misato

“Go back to where you came from or I will kill her” threatened Gendou

“You’ve killed every women I’ve ever loved.  Mother, Rei, Asuka..  
If you hurt Misato I will make your death slow and painful” threatened Shinji

“Her death will be your fault, if you don’t do as I say’ said Gendou calmly

“HOLD IT!” shouted Kaji as he burst in
Gendou fired at Kaji and Kaji fired at Gendou
Kaji missed but Gendou hit Kaji’s shoulder

Shinji moved quickly knocking his father to the ground as he worked to free Misato.

Once again Gendou Ikari ran from his son.

When Misato was free she ran to where Kaji had fallen.

“Stay with him.” said Shinji as he chased his father

Shinji chased his father to the Eva’s cage.  

“Now it ends Father!” said Shinji as he stood in front of his father with the Evas on both sides

“I still think not.” said Gendou as he drew his gun

“Both Ritsuko and Kozo tried that.  Care to try yourself?” challenged Shinji

“Not fully” said Gendou as he turned and shot the crow who was perched on the railing of 
the bridge The bird fell dead onto the floor.
Fire lashed though Shinji’s body as he crumpled to the floor.

“I knew that was the source of you’re power.  Your link to this world.  Now you have nothing” 
said Gendou as he  pointed the gun at his fallen son

“Wrong father, I still have another link in this world” said Shinji through the pain
“A link you gave me.  A link I never wanted in the first place.”

Gendou looked puzzled at what his son was meant.  However the sound of moving metal
made Gendou realize what was happening.  He turned to see Eva-01 rip free of it’s bonds
raising it’s fist into the air.  

>>>Shinji: wow..they actually used an eva in this..didn't think they would

>>>Rei: so yui is upset as well

Ikari fired two shots at the Eva, realizing it was useless he turned to finish off his son, 
but the Eva was too fast and as he was about to pull the trigger the Eva’s fist crushed him 
into a wet paste.

>>>Asuka: gendou jello

>>>HIkari: always room for jello


It seemed like hours to Shinji before he had the strength to pull himself up and hobble away
He met up with Kaji and Misato

‘Everyone dead?” asked Kaji

Shinji nodded.  “It’s over” he said

“Where to you go now Shinji?” asked Misato

Shinji thought for a moment then said, “Home”

“Shinji, you’ve done a good job.  You can finally rest” said Misato

“Thanks Misato” Shinji turned to leave
“Oh guys?  Congratulations on your marriage” said Shinji

Then he was gone

Shinji collapsed against the remaining tombstones. 

“Rei, Asuka, it’s over.  I want to come back” said Shinji with tears in his eyes.

“Shinji” a voice called faintly

Shinji looked around, for the voice

‘Shinji” the voce called again this time louder

A bright light appeared and a lone figure appeared

“Kaworu!” exclaimed Shinji

“Hello Shinji“ said the Angel
“I’m here to guide you back.  They’ve been waiting for you”
Kaworu helped Shinji to his feet and helped him into the light.
In front of them Shinji saw three figures standing in front of him
Two smaller figure standing one either side of a larger one.

The two smaller one came running toward him calling his name

“Shinji.” they shouted happily

Rei and Asuka can running at him dressed in flowing white dresses

>>>Rei+asuka: who are you looking at

“You did it Shinji” said Asuka “By the way, I love the look”

“Thank you Shinji” said Rei

“I had to do it” said Shinji
“I mean I love you two and I couldn’t let my father get away with that.”

“Don’t worry, you won’t have to worry about you father again” said the taller
figure.

“Mother!” exclaimed Shinji

“Yes, my son.  Welcome home” said Yui Ikari.

For the first time in a long time, Shinji Ikari could finally rest in peace.

I prefer to write with more comedy in it

yo ppl, i want your opinions and suggestions for stories to mst, any
anime fanfic will do

i liked this story, and the movie the crow
i don't plan on making shinji fall for anybody
its just fun to play with, if i get bored enough i may..just maybe will
write a fic of my own, so comments and reviews would be appreciated
