Background: The creater of the Cyber Ranger's program. She creates the different assenals and Zords that the Cyber Rangers use to stop Lord Dimil.

Lei Young

Birthday: Aug 15
Age: 20
Background: Lei is a friend of Tracy's and aslo a small time hacker by the name of Download.
