2004 PRICING

In 2000, My brother and I were given an Howmar Phantom Sailboat. It was in terrible disrepair and so we found that we would have to work to restore the 14' board boat. We rebuilt the rudder, fixed the main sheet cleat and also repaired the centerboard. Now in the year 2003 our Phantom is working great and to help others who own this exceptional craft we founded Narragansett Bay Phantom Works. We build centerboards, rebuild rudders and give advice from our expericencs with the Phantom.
