The second challenger was from a team call, "Nightkids". His name was Takeshi Nakazato, his car was Nissan Skyline GTR R32.  It was the most powerful car in Initial D, 395ps. He thought the combination of him and R32 is the best, but in the story he never win.  His technique is hard gas, hard break and NO drift.  Everytime he breaks the break paddle become......

If the breaking not working, he surely end up fly off the cliff.   Remeber to check breaking system and replace break paddle regularly, Takeshi !

Takeshi's Skyline GTR R32

His GTR was a heavy machine comparing with AE86.  Heavy breaking made paddle overheat and had oversteering problem. This happened to Nakazato in the race.  This also caused Takumi have the chance to win the race and the name of AKINA's AE86 became very famous as well.
The third challenger was also from "Nightkids", but this challenger was the cheapest.  His name was Shingo Shoji, he was driving a Honda Civic EG6.  His special technique was to bump the front car's bumper while the front car was drifting. This made the front car understeer or even crash.  Besides, he had a very special rule when he race.   He wanted every challenger use tape to tie the right hand on the wheel.  For FR racer, it was very dangerous because drifting needed to turn the wheel a lot more compare with a FF car.

Shingo Shoji's  Honda Civic EG6

Shoji's FF Civic, he didn't need to drift much but for Takumi he needed to turn more in order to balance the car in every turn.  The rules became disadvantage toword Takumi, but after a few turns he noticed how to get use of this rule.  Shingo felt the pressures and bump AE86 while Takumi was drifting.  Takumi used his skill to make a 360 turn and continues the race.   Civic passed 86 but Takumi caught up very quickly.  In the 5-U conrners, Takumi even passed over Shingo.  Shingo was very angry for Takumi and he wanted to draw the game by crash toword Takumi.  Takumi seems knowing what will happen and made a turn before Shingo crash him.   Shingo surprised by his turn and he crashed his car by himself.  ^_^ ha ha ! He finally got a good  lesson in this race.
