Today es considerada una de las canciones mas representativas por los Pumpkins. Ha sido tocada en la mayoria de los conciertos, alguna vez Billy comento que esta cancion fue escrita en un momento muy dificil de su vida, en el cual pensaba en el suicidio y al parecer el escribit TODAY fue una forma de liberar sus temores, penas y ver que siempre existe algo mejor.El concepto del video, en el cual Billy conduce un carrito de helados, parte de la idea que tenia Billy, la cual consistia en que todos tenemos un grato recuerdo de nuestra infancia cuando acudiamos a alguno de estos carritos a comprar un cono de helado
