How freaky cool is Ghost Rider? This pic has been a long-standing favorite of mine. I believe Texiera penciled it, but the painter really came to work!
For those that don't know Ghosty, he comes to be we the Spirit of Vengence senses that innocent blood has been spilled. I'm not to sure what the range on that is, but it seems limited. Anyway, when GR shows up, bodies of the guilty are sure to pile up. So using what appears to be several stereo types, Ghost Rider is a hellborn spirit (hence the black casting cost as it is the magic of death in MTG) and the "innocent" are white creatures as white is the magic of healing and angels and all that. 5/5 trample makes ol'G-funk a force to be reconned with. |
