Ingredients: 1 (21-ounce) can Cherry Pie Filling 1/4 cup brandy (optional) 1 (2-layer) package chocolate cake mix 2 (4 ounce) packages chocolate pudding and pie filling mix Whipped topping Combine Pie filling with brandy. Prepare and bake cake mix at 350 degrees using package directions in 8- to 9- inch cake pans. Let stand until cool. Cook pudding mix using package directions. Split cake layers horizontally. Alternate layers of cake, pudding, and pie filling mixture in punch bowl. Ending with pie filling. Top with whipped topping. |
Ingredients: 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup flaked coconut 1 (2-layer) package German chocolate cake mix 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 (1-pound) package confectioner's sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted Sprinkle pecans and coconut over bottom of 9x13-inch baking pan. Prepare cake mix using package directions. Spread evenly over prepared layer. Beat cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and butter in mixer bowl until smooth. Spread evenly over cake batter; swirl to marbleize. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack. |
Magic Lemon Squares |
Ingredients: 1 cup quick-cooking oats. 1 cup flour 1/2 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup chopped pecan or walnuts 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup (1-stick) butter or margarine, melted 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup lemon juice Combine oats, flour, coconut, pecans, brown sugar, baking powder & butter in large bowl and mix until crumbly. Separatly, Combine condensed milk and lemon juice in bowl and mix thoroughly. Pat 1/2 of oat mixture into greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Spread condensed milk mixture over top. Pres remaining 1/2 of oat mixture lightly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool Completely. Cut into squares. |
