History in the Making
The Philadelphia Colony of Chi Zeta Theta Sorority, Inc. was established in Philadelphia, PA on March 11, 2006.  the current member and president of the Zeta Colony is Ethiopia Grant.  The colony was created with the hopes of gaining other members that share in the vision of Chi Zeta Theta Sorority, Inc. and will work to see that this vision set forth by our founder, Janelle Myers, is fulfilled.  The Zeta Colony is currently touching the lives of many and will continue to do so in the future.
Currently, the Philadelphia Colony is participating in community service projects that focus on our philanthropies:  Diabetes, Domestic Abuse, and Depression/Self Esteem.  We want to help those that need a helping hand or a calming word as well as give back to the community that has graced us with its diversity and beauty.  The PhiladelphiaColony is currently volunteering with the following organizations:
Manna: an organization that creates, packages and delivers food to people with HIV and other illnesses.
Project SHARE:  an organization that packages boxes of food for people with low income.
