I have graduated a faculty of law of the Moscow state university by M.V. Lomonosov. During 1973 - 1989 i worked on different posts as the public procurator.
In 1991 have graduated economic faculty of improvement of professional skill of agrarian university. During 1992 -1994 years worked the chairman of a collective farm.
In 1994-1995 I have post-graduate study of state agrarian university and have protected the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of economic sciences on a theme: "Economic bases of protection of an environment in an agriculture ". It is equated to a degree of the doctor of philosophy in USA.
Till now I work as the teacher at universities. I teach subjects on specialities "Law" and " State and municipal management ".
