Ziboce Kung Fu Box

Ziboce Kung Fu System

Ziboce Tai Chi Box interprets Ziboce's own understanding and

study of Kung Fu.

The matrix summarizes the core values of thought by philosophy,

harmony, scope of study, and learning curve.

Beyond Tai Chi relates to the existence of CHI which may happen

within the natural environment, and also in the imaginary environment.

Ziboce's interpretation of CHI

Chi, in  Ziboce's words, is a combination of a variety of functions on

the human body, i.e., sensor, information carrier, activator, catalyst,

and energy riser.

Along with many other interpretations such as in medical aspect, Chi can

be generated from breathing, mindedness, and Martial Arts.

There are many kinds of breathing methods. Each has its own purpose

and specialty. Breathing exercise physically supports the CHI functions

of Mindedness, and Martial Arts.

Mindedness refers to perception of energy in movement. The ability

to perceive can be acquired naturally from the abstract concept. The

concept may be borrowed from thoughts of religion, Buddhism, Taoism,

artistic works, and management thinking. Abstract helps imagination of

unlimited possibilities. Examples of abstract output can be available

from creative, experimental, artistic works and practices in the forms

of singing, writing, painting, dancing, and performing.

Martial Arts refer to Ziboce's personal understanding of various

forms of  Kung Fu (Chinese Martial Art).

Mixed Chi Kung refers to the adoption of Taoist Chi Kung and

Buddhist Chi Kung. To Ziboce's opinion, the former emphases

on Chi generated from the vessel (body trunk), whereas the

latter relates Chi from the environment.

Modified Tai Chi refers to the practice of Tai Chi Chuan in

connection with Chi Kung.  So called Modified Tai Chi is simply

a way to put emphasis on the importance of Chi.

Ziboce Dance refers to the combination of the various types

of Kung Fu in a harmonized way, taking into consideration of

all the strengths and the weaknesses.
