Nolan Mihail

Nolan Mihail has become a very gifted playwriter as he is theatrical actor.

Growing up for most of his adolecent life in Minnisota, he moved to Merrillville, Indiana at 15. It did not take him long to become noticed for his singing ability and soon after his ability to perform on stage.

While growing up he met Jeff which eventually peaked his interest in film production, as they attempted video after video with little success.

While gaining recognition on the stage in such performances as The Laramie Project (which bestowed upon him at State competiton a 'Best Actor of Indiana' award his junior year) and RAGTIME, he gained an interest in politics grew. To try to have his voice heard, he his first punk band attempt which was recognized but he never decided to sign with any label that offered. It eventaully fell apart.

2004 marked a significant time as well, since it saw the production of his first two movies, inspiried by a comic he had been working on since his early youth: A Hero Lost writen by Jeff, followed by The Sickener that winter which he wrote himself.

During his senior year of High school he formed his current band endevore The Static Idols, which has done well for themselves despite their hardships.

In his first year at ISU he was nominated for the Irene-Ryan Scholarship, an honor usually granted to upper classmen, for a theater lead role. He also gained significant ground in playwriting. In his Sophmore year he was nominated a 2nd time for the scholarship and has had two of his plays produced on the campus. In 2006 Jeff reunited with Nolan at ISU to write and produce RISEN, which was met to a positive college audience.He will be going to Ireland next fall to be the lead in "The Dreaming Dust".
