Welcome to our Zoo!

Well, it's not really a zoo, since we have only two pets but that's enough! Calla was happily living a single pet's life, then McFly came along with the husband.  She's still fighting the integration.

Calla

This is Calla.  Since Calla has declared herself royalty, I thought she deserved her own page. Calla came around in October 1999 after a coworker informed me her sister was not the animal person she thought she might be.  She has adjusted to her new residence and seems to have completely taken over as planned. The picture at the top displays her favorite pastime - inspecting and sleeping in every known crawl space, closet, or in this case, pair of pants, she can find. When she first came to live with me she took refuge under a Calla Lily plant until she got to know the place, thus her name.

Beau

This is my adorable pup, Beau.  Beau fell asleep for the last time on August 4, 2007 and will be sorely missed.  I got him in high school and my Dad wasn't too keen on the idea of getting a dog, but he definitely adapted to having him around.  I didn't even think about taking him with me when I left.  He was such a ham - loved to have his picture taken and would accept any attention or food you had to offer!

McFly

McFly is the most recent addition to the household.  He's not quite three years old and he still acts very much like a rambunctious puppy.  At fifty pounds though he's hardly the easiest puppy to control!
