Wish After Sunset
Sitting on rooftop staring at the horizon,
The sun slowly slipping to it's long awaited rest,
The clouds slowly drifting, slowly drifting across the sky,
with all the birds, as they calmly sail by.
As the sun reaches for it's bed the sky begins to change,
To it's loving colors of purple orange and red,
The stars begin to show, shinning their glimmering light,
To show all the people, who hope their wishes come true.
Now the clouds light up with the sky's warming love,
Adding their joy to brighten the fire,
The reds turn to purple to pation the scene,
And sun settles in for a long good nights sleep.
Slowly the blues fade into night and the deep purples move on,
The stars fill the sky to fulfill all their wishes,
And the birds go to sleep to fly in their dreams.
Now staring at the shimmering stars and seeing some streak by,
With the perfection of the love and hope still in my eye,
I choose a star and close my eyes to make the wish I'd like,
And wish I could have seen it all with you right by my side.
Nirvana Mind
Drifting aimlessly across a sea of diamonds,
Endless horizons of gold and blue,
Clouds floating over shinning with life,
A breath taking wonder has just shown through.
Standing toward the sun and win in my face,
Engulfed in the beauties of natures grace,
Starting to believe this marvel is truth
and feeling the warmpth of love flowing through,
My heart fills with joy and my mind feels clear,
my soul takes to flight knowing heaven is near.
It saurs to the life and the stars in the clearings
and sails on a voyage of new dreams and found hopes.
And now I am set on nothing at all,
With my soul seet free carring in the breeze,
And life passing by without any worries.
the adventures I have not seen unfold before me
and reveal the paths that lie ahead. It's What You've Known
The fires of coals burn,
The love of hearts yearn,
Snow atop the peaks in the distance afar,
Diamonds called eyes shinning like the stars,
Clouds floating high showing with grace,
Every time I seem them I swear I see your face,
The great beauties of nature that cannot be forgot,
I always seem to find them pictured in my thoughts.
The times have been seen that come and go,
Framed in pictures that only you know,
The sights may have changed yet they're still the same,
Some lost of hope and burried with pain.
An ocean of light to guide through lost times,
Countless heart feelings wrote out in rhymes,
Courage through new finds as well as the old,
With sights on the future as the past still unfolds.#6 (Untitled)
The trust that one has with the pain that one feels,
The treasure of the soul that other minds steal,
A shine in the darkness of which hides true thought,
A wish in the light for the treasures once saught.
The vision through the night upon the hope you have known,
Blind folded from your truth which you do not want shown,
A grasp for other hopes across a dark void with thin lines,
A journey to the soul with a light on missing times.#7 (Untitled)
Magnificent what, one time seen then forever shut,
Invisable doors bolted with goold,
A shinning guardian of mind and soul.
A black night surrounding the keep,
Onlooked by wonderers and others that seek,
Time has the meaning that once long was told,
The treasure of ever of what could not be sold.
Glimmer and shine, the sun on the seas,
Chime of a tune that brought God to it's knees,
Fullness of life of which nothing is shrined,
Dine onto death of unaware and then find.
The crystal in the eye can shine from the heart,
Knowing of a light on which love spreads the dark,
The spirit of sounds and of quiet too sooth,
Forever in the mind and that nothing can loose.#8 (Untitled)
The sky is dark, and the trees are shadows,
Another night sweeps the land burrying the light.
Making way for a new light, a soothing light,
A light which few see yet many look at.
This shine from the sky, though surrounded by night,
Lights up a path away from the fright.
Just the dimness you'll see, unless you look close,
And see from this light that it's love that it glows.
A glittery heaven falling with joy,
Flaming of knowledge with a kind like for all,
While finding wishes that stand all so tall,
Drunk off a wine, fine as belief bound in trust,
And singing a song that after dusk,
Shines into the hearts of the many of souls.#9: (untitled)
Maybe time is flying by,
Or maybe it's not going at all.
Which is the truth you see through your eye,
A rise of a figure which soon it must fall.
A rule that is broken, far be it to say,
I doubt now that any of this is here to stay.
For all this illusion was foolishly spoken.
A blinding light, not so blinding of bright,
Has blocked out the views one should have in sight,
Whether they say that all this is good,
The base which it stands is unsolidly stood.
But this is only a stage, such a sad stich in time,
And when you see through their light, this life then is thine.#10: (Untitled)
The world turns around, through different shades of gray,
The space fills with sound, how could you turn away.
The light isn't gone, it's still here to shine,
What do you want to say, or what do you want to find.
The colors are bright, they glow with a light,
That you keep in sight, because you know that it's right.
So when you decide, just what do you see,
Then you no longer hide, what you want to be.#11: (Untitled)
Time hides many things, but it doesn't hide your soul.
It slips away the golden isles and keeps all that it has stole.
It could sneek into your mind and try to take your past,
But everything that's dear to you you know will always last.
You keep it in your safest place, a place inside your heart,
Guarded by love and happyness you've cherished from the start.
