History of Zipporah Chapter #231
Our Chapter was chartered on March 31, 2000 in Wilberforce, Ohio and our founding WM is Sis. Constance Carthran(Goodrum). 
We have 15 quintessence founding members: Sis. Nealita Banks, Sis. Jenine Burks, Sis. Laramy Gatlin, Sis. Sparkle Harris, Sis. Diretha Jennings, Sis. Cheryl Jones(Byrd), Sis. Lawana Luck, Sis. Illie Massey, Sis. Marla Moore, Sis. SoSunya Murray, Sis. Karen Slate, Sis. Jolana Stephen(Johnson), Sis. Erika Preylow-Stephens, and Sis. Angela Webb.
Our Objectives and Purpose

1. The cultivation of charitable and fraternal practices so that we may provide, aid, comfort, and protect each other in our journey through life.
2. A closer interaction of the principles of morality and friendship by established and significant emblems.
3. Inciting the influence of women toward the purposes of the Masonic Institution.
4.  Increasing our social enjoyment by the aid of our Masonic ties.
5.  Helping those of our own in need or in distress.
6.  Helping ourselves and others become better persons through enriched moral principles.
7.  Reaching into the spiritual, social, educational, and charitable aspects of life
