I love to take pictures (click on cameras above for my photo pages), watch new release movies (click on film above for my movie page) , find treasures at garage sales, and collect magnets. I was a Girl Scout co-leader for three years in the 90's for Heather's troop. We met every other week at my house and went on field trips the other weeks. Now I'm the Leader for April's troop and Heather is a Junior Leader!

I have worked as a medical secretary since 1988.

Mark and I met in 1983, married in 1985, and had Heather later that same year.

Heather was born with spina bifida and has had to undergo 13 surgeries to correct her spine, shunt, leg, and bladder. Heather also has ADHD and has tried different medications for that. She is in adaptive phyed at school. She loves to go to wheelchair camp and hang out with her friends.

We had April in 1995 after trying to conceive for almost two years. She's such a cute and funny kid. She loves outdoors, animals, swimming, and is very artistic and a great reader!

Heather and I went to DisneyWorld and Universal Studios in June of '97 and had a blast! (See my photo page) Mark preferred to stay home with April. Our favorite rides were Terminator 3D, Jaws, Back to the Future, King Kong, Space Mountain, Haunted House, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, and Splash Mountain. It sure was expensive but worth it!

Heather and I went to Cancun, Merida, and Cozumel MEXICOfor eight days (spring break 1999) with eight other kids and two teachers from her school. It was very educational and made us more aware of different cultures. We toured three of the Mayan ruins which were awesome! We got sun burned on the beaches but it was fun anyway. We weren't able to get around very well with a wheelchair and some of the facilities were a little behind the times which made us feel fortunate to live in the good old USA.
