Joshua's Photos
This is Joshua's first day here on Earth.  21st October 1995.
He weighed 5 pounds (2285grams).
He had trouble keeping his temperature (still does now to a degree.. no pun intended) so he spent a lot of time in the humicrib.
He is in the crib in these first photos, and although I ached to hold him, I had to happy with only touching him through the portholes.  To touch him was an  incredible experience for me, this tiny life, who came from ours.
Joshua was 4 months old here.  This is the first time I captured him smiling on camera.
He is 5 and a half months old here, sitting on a farm car that belongs to Daddy's uncle.
2 weeks later was when Joshua got really sick.
We were just having a little chat after a nap.  This one was taken in hospital.  This time is was RotoVirus. Doesn't look sick does he?
So, he made it to ONE YEAR OLD!
I think we celebrated getting there more than he did.
Daddy put cream on his face just to make it look like he had cake.  Someone thought that was too mean, and gave him a face-full too.  Like father-like-Son.
This is still his first birthday and this was a very special moment as it was the first time he ever picked a toy up.  He began to do a little 'finger-play'.  We were so happy, and so was he!
What a day to choose for this new development!
Two+ years old
So now I forget exactly how old he is in this picture, I am guessing 2 and a half / three years old.
Josh's first day of school.
Three and a half years old.  He sat here for ages playing with his beloved knitted "superman".  This was in hospital too, but for a good reason.. to welcome his new brothers!
No, he dosn't have his Ph.D yet, this was a dress-up party for Emily.  He has new specs and looks so cool. He is 3 and a half years old here.
And he's got new wheels!
No more high-chair!
Here he is on his 4th birthday in his new duds!  don't you just love the new crossed arms look?  he does this when he is very pleased and also when he is very cross.  It's just to cute!
