It's meatballs and rice...the recipe is for the sauce:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
couple ? tbsp corn starch (vary according to how thick you like the sauce)
Mix all ingredients, bring to boil, lower heat, put meatballs in and simmer until ready to serve. I double the recipe for a pound of ground beef, but I like lots of sauce to cover my rice.
