Another well-recorded show. Gilmour forgets one or two of the new lines in ‘Echoes,’ and later his guitar seems to break down during the faster instrumental—the song again ends abruptly instead of fading. Outstanding version of ‘Cymbaline’ here, featuring some great guitar solos and the usual footstep effects. ‘Atom Heart Mother’ includes the orchestra and choir—the next night’s performance was probably the last time it was played in that arrangement. One of the things very noticeable in this recording and just about any other show until the band’s popularity increased is the incredibly quiet audience—not a sound can be heard during the quieter moments. ‘A Saucerful of Secrets’ is very long, but only still includes only one repetition of singing in the 'Celestial Voices' section.
