2008.Sep.07. I was mucking around with my Yahoo profile settings when I decided to check what my old Geocities page was doing. It was still redirecting to an old website I had which no longer exists, so I decided to check out their template builder at the same time update the site. Wow, it's still lame! I think these templates have been here since 2000.
