Recruitment
Since April 20, 1974, Zeta Tau Alpha has been an integral and active part of student life at UNC Charlotte. We are proud of our many accomplishments, our partnerships and our involvement with campus acitivities and organizations, and our commitment to making student life something you can remember for years to come!
Grades
Zeta Tau Alpha believes education is the foundation for success. Our members are well aware of the need to maintain a satisfactory level of academic performance in order to achieve our future goals. It is required by Panhellenic and IFC that all new members complete 4 hours of monitored study hall each week. Our members have found that this allows us to maintain our grades while participating in ZTA's many different acitivites!
Intramurals
Zeta Tau Alpha regularly participates in UNC Charlotte's intramurals program. We believe that playing together helps build a strong identity within our organization, provides a competitive outlet to develop pride in our organization and trust in our members. It also gives us a chance to show off our great athlectic skills!
Events/Activities
Zeta Tau Alpha loves to participate in events and activities that bring the Greek community together. We participate in Welcome Week which allows us to meet the new students entering UNC Charlotte. This year ZTA is helping move new students into their dorms. Zeta Tau Alpha loves Greek Week, which is held in the Spring semester, because we get to show off all of our talents. We also volunteer for different community service projects throughout the year. Zeta Tau Alpha loves to cheer on the Charlotte 49ers at soccer, basketball, and baseball games. We participate in all of these activities and events as a whole, so it gives us a chance to learn more about ourselves and each one of our sisters!!
