Yep! that's me in a snow cave!!! Gotta sleep some where! We built these snow caves about half way from the tree line to the summit.

Here I am about to climb this beast of a Mountain.......Mt. Egmont or the more native Maori name Mt. Taranaki.

Mt.Taranaki is a dormant valcano. It's elevation is 8,261 feet or more than 2518 meters. It is located on the west side of the North Island on the coast of the Tasman sea.

It was cool running with these guy's, Mud tire are pretty pricy there, so some of the would put snow chains on!
