All the friends in the world couldn’t save her.
All the love in the world couldn’t keep her.
She knew nothing of friends and nothing of love.

She felt alone whilst surrounded.
She walked alone in a group,
She held conversations with the air.

She could not feel their warmth,
She felt it cold, she didn’t know.
She wanted to believe, she wanted to try.

She thought she had friends, then they left.
When the going got tough who was there?
When she was fighting for all who came forth?

There was no one left, no one knew,
All thought she was ok with the world.
But she had no real friends, only the false.

She was in the wrong place at the right time,
She was at the right place, wrong time.
No one cared, no one tried, but she.

And then she could try no more.
She gave up hope of ever loving truly.
She gave up on mankind, her friend.
She left this place for a better one,
She helped herself meet her end.
