Hi, I've been around birds practically my whole life. I personally find the Zebra Finch as one of my favorite birds to breed I guess mainly because of the different mutations that one can breed.   When I talk to some of my friends about the Zebra Finches I show them a Picture of a Normal Male Grey Zebra and then show them all the different mutations and combinations that through the years breeders have been able to produce. Right now I only breed canaries and Zebra's.  There is always something to learn when one starts breeding Zebra's especially when your trying to breed zebra's that have good color, confirmation and size.
