To use the new decoder: unzip in a folder and double-click interface.exe
To make a signature use encode.exe! The result will be saved in a file: signature.txt
The full source code is included for interested people (be sure to use an editor that understands Unix style newline characters, i.e. not Notepad!; Wordpad works ok)
