GRAVE OF SHERIFF GLENN REYNOLDS

Sheriff Glenn Reynolds was killed at the time of the Apache Kid outbreak in October 1889. He was actually killed south of the Pinal Mountains at a place now called Ripsey Wash. He was buried here however, in Globe. His infant son, who had died earlier, is buried next to him. After Reynolds was murdered his wife returned to Texas, where they had originally come from.
