John Bennett Perry's film credits include Farewell to the King, Midway, The Legend of the Lone Ranger, Lipstick, Only When I Laugh, Independence Day and The Evening Star, the sequel to Terms of Endearment. You can see him in his most recent films Fools Rush In, and George of the Jungle.
He has also co-starred in a wide variety of made-for-television movies, including Stalking the Judge's Daughter, Kids Killing Kids, Independence, Danielle Steele's Secrets, Another Lover, She Knows Too Much, The Last Fling, Money on the Side and False Witness.

On stage, he has appeared on Broadway in Mother Earth and off-Broadway in The Baby Dance. He has also performed in regional theater productions of The Baby Dance, Inherit the Wind, Leonard Bernstein's Mass and Guys and Dolls, among many others.
Born and raised in Williamstown, Massachusetts, Perry graduated from St. Lawrence University, where he studied psychology and music. He first performed professionally with the musical group The Serendipity Singers, and then began working in an off-Broadway production of Now is the Time for All Good Men.
