Macross Plus Inc. (British Petroleum), 3/07 – Present. Release Manager/Build Master. Involved with the nERGIZE project where responsibilities include management of application deployments through out the life-cycle: development, testing, user acceptance, training, staging, and deployment to production. Deployments are completed with the use of automated tools and custom solutions. Duties include overseeing the development team (100+) to ensure strict compliance with project build procedures, assist with issues that may arise, document procedures for compliance, and gather database change requests to ensure they are deployed to the necessary deployment environments along with the application deployments. Manage 400+ CruiseControl.Net projects, ensure successful builds and commit daily applications builds and deployments, support 2 to 3 development/support paths. Adhere to Rational Unified Process and CMMI process standards. Hold weekly status meetings and other status meetings to ensure success of stable application environments. Additional responsibilities include the management and implementation of an Application Directory Application Mode (ADAM) datastore security.

Macross Plus Inc. (KBR), 8/05 – 3/07. Project Leader/Solutions Analyst. Responsibilities include Lead in application development projects and development of solutions. Created business cases, application requirements, project initiation documents, project schedules, communicated between the users on a non-technical level and translated usage to a team of developers for implementation after designing the architecture and acquiring hardware to execute the project. Created test plans and user acceptance documentation, with sign-off, and over seeing training documentation to finally implement in production environments. Also involved in the development of other classified government projects utilizing the latest development skills and tools deployed in the field in the Middle East. Contributed to an SAP HR data migration project to validate and interface with numerous critical systems, and re-creation of SAP interface with Middle East applications which eventually fed back into SAP. Took on responsibilities for deployment standards for various projects utilizing NAnt and CruiseControl.Net. As part of the Release Management team, I have contributed to standardizing the release process and practices. Taking into consideration different technologies being utilized for application development it was decided to implement CruiseControl.Net and NAnt for certain projects. I spearheaded the implementation of the build application with a combination of CruiseControl.Net and NAnt on many projects, including sensitive Government and Infrastructure application projects. Projects include Event Entry Settlement for Lawson (EEL), Music Reporting (HOVER), National Broadway website and administration (BAA), E-Commerce Theatrical Ticket Sales for new, renewals, specials and extras E-Commerce in both US and UK (Usher), Ticket Request Center (TRC), Entertainment Merchandising tracking, Action Sports Touring tracking, Theatrical Reporting, Intranet hosting custom in house web applications, and a few more smaller solutions distributed through the company all leveraging Microsoft technologies. The conversion of existing ColdFusion e-commerce application to .Net C#. Involved in the development and maintenance of an enterprise solution that will replace existing projects by leveraging ASP.Net, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Web Services, and Enterprise n-Tier architecture design. Contributed to the implementation of CruiseControl.Net and nAnt to assist in the development, testing, and migration to production for major enterprise projects. Responsible for the North and South America data repository warehouse hosted on Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Solutions Analyst. Duties include the monitoring and performance tuning of the 60+ GB database used as the backend of an ASP website hosting reports, ad-hoc queries, creation and monitoring of recovery system. Support and maintenance of classic ASP and .Net C# ASP.Net applications. Managed the complete life-cycle: from business case, project planning, technical requirements gathering from users, scope gathering, development, testing, training, documentation, and production deployment of a client-server database application to interface with the existing SQL Server database which keeps track of forecasted sales information.

PACE Consulting (Schlumberger Network Services), 8/02 - 10/02. Applications Solutions Analyst. Responsible for the complete creation of an electronic document flow application with the roles of Project Manager, Database Developer, ColdFusion Developer, and Document Manager. Duties include project management, formal presentation of system workflow, database model, and security model, formal system test and user acceptance process. Communicate with stakeholders with project status and demos. Created and administered Oracle database on Solaris 8 server while developing a ColdFusion application, which were served by Apache web server.

Databases include MS SQL 7.0, 2000, and Oracle 8i 8.1.6. Duties include application proposals and development using ColdFusion 5.0 with the assistance of various other technologies to create in-house custom applications that solve the needs of the energy company. Updated existing code to improve performance, efficiency, and management by using the latest DHTML and Javascript capabilities.

Duties include database administration, Livelink administration, hardware troubleshooting, and front-end and back-end design and development using Cold Fusion, Livelink SQL Server 2000 , Disaster Recovery, and various financial software such as FactSet, Axys, Holt, First Call, and StockVal. End-user liaison for interaction with developers so that new design and dataflow methodologies may be brought to the developers’ attention. Small use of Allaire’s Spectra was evaluated for its Content Management and site administration, but proved overly designed, so I developed my own in-house Content Management toolset.

Duties include database administration, PeopleSoft administration, hardware troubleshooting, and end user client implementation, installation and programming. Also responsible for the Resumix database server and application servers, which accepts resumes that are faxed. The Resumix server processes this data into a searchable database.
