The undersigned Mr. ................................. agrees upon a complete military Test by the Buro for Recruting and Military Testing (BRMT).

on the address that he will be told in the affirmation by the BRMT after the BRMT has received this agreement.

The above mentioned Recruit is aware of and accepts the under mentioned Restrictions.

He hereby gives the BRMT permission to audiotape / videotape the Recruit during the Test.

1. The Testing Commander and his Assistant will be called by the Recruit SIR. Every command by the Recruit he will start with SIR and finish with SIR.

2. Every request or command given to the Recruit by the Testing Commander or his Assistant will be followed by the Recruit promptly.

3. The Recruit will be available to the Testing Commander and his Assistant on the above mentioned time for the minimum duration of one hour and the maximum duration of three hours.

4. A Testing Form will be used and the Recruit will be tested on minimal 100 items. If the Test will take more then two hours the (Assistant) Testing Commander can decide to divide the Testing over more days.

5. The Recruit will be military tested on physcal, psychological, moral, disciplinary and aggressive fitness.

6. The Test will not contain parts that can cause remaining physical harm to the Recruit.

7. A written Report containing the results of the Test will be send to the commissioning party.

8. The following result are possible:

If no more than 50 points will be scored the Recruit will be declared unfit

If 50 to 60 points will be scored the Recruit will be conditionally declared unfit (Retesting is possible within 3 months)

60 - 70 points: The Recruit will be declared fit and administered to the preselection of the General Basis Training

70 - 100 points: The Recruit can be administered to the preselection of the Para training

9. No friendly discussions will occur between the Recruit and the (Assistant) Testing Commander.
