Wallace has Power in Reserve

Bob WALLACE has become the first two time winner of the BRFL Super Bowl with a 65-28 crushing of BEST. Wallace was led by 20 points from Michael Jackson, but his real power came from reserves St Louis QB (12), Lamar Smith (14) and Donald Hollis (13). If Wallace and Best had used their usual starters, Best would have won 34-30. The win erases years of frustration verses Best: Wallace had only won 3 times in 14 previous meetings.

Wallace also sweeps Rotisserie

Champion and Treasurer Wallace can keep some extra money in his account. He is also the winner of the rotisserie tournament with the highest three week score. Best, Wallace and Jackson were the winners of week 15, 16 and 17 respectively.

Originally, the plan was to make the Rotisserie tournament a "Losers" tournament. It was voted to include the winners at the preseason meeting. Note that the winners dominated. The week 16 teams, seeds 1-4, were the top four in the rotisserie. If only losing scores and non playoff participants were included, the results would have been as follows:

JONES/KLINGMAN 113 36 34 43
RICKER 109 27 47 35
STROUPE 105 33 40 32
