Episode 82: "Journey to the Future! The Battle in the Time Tunnel!"

The Sailor Scouts were running towards Crystal Tokyo. Rini was with them. A bright flash came down from the dark sky and the city exploded. A shock wave from the blast came right at the Sailor Scouts, tearing the ground out from underneath them. Rini stared in horror as the Scouts lay lifeless around her.

Rini woke up in her bed in Serena's house. It was just a bad dream.

However, Rini was worried. She had seen the attack in the future, and she didn't think the Sailor Scouts could win against such strong enemies.

Later, Rini was standing in a park. Darien came and asked her why she wasn't with the other girls getting ready to travel to the future. He told her that she must face her fears and trust the Sailor Scouts, if she wanted to save her mother.

Luna, Artemis and the Sailor Scouts were waiting at the dock where Rini had first appeared. Rini and Tuxedo Mask arrived and Rini activated the Time Key.

Sailor Moon found herself alone in a strange foggy area. She saw a small building and started moving towards it but was confronted by an indistinct grey figure. The person said that those who tried to access the Door To Time would be destroyed. The gaurdian went to strike Sailor Moon with a tall staff, but Rini appeared and threw herself in between. The attacker was Sailor Pluto. Rini apologized to "Pu" for bringing others to the Time Door, but said that they could help her. Sailor Pluto said she was happy that the "Small Lady" had learned to use the Time Key properly.

Tuxedo Mask and the others arrived. Sailor Pluto told them that to get to Crystal Tokyo they would have to enter the Corridor of Time; a very dangerous place. She used her staff and the Door to Time opened. Sailor Mercury asked if Pluto would come with them but she said that her duty was to gaurd the Door to Time. As the Sailor Scouts entered the door, Luna said that Queen Serenity had told her of a Sailor Soldier who can never leave her post and who must live her whole life alone.
