The Dark Crystal surged with new power. The Wiseman appeared before Prince Dimando and introduced the Queen of the Dark Moon, Black Lady. Dimando realized that she was the Rabbit and was astonished that the black crescent symbol of the Dark Moon appeared on her forehead. Wiseman told Dimando that by taking Black Lady into the past, he would be able to destroy the earth. Dimando was delighted that his time for vengeance had come. Wiseman and Black Lady vanished. Safiel appeared and told Dimando that he distrusted the Wiseman even more since what happened to Esmeraude. Prince Dimando said that Wiseman had given them much valuable information. Since the Sailor Scouts of the future were protecting the Palace, the only way to destroy the Earth was in the past and the Dark Lady could enable them to do this. Safiel agreed that revenge on the Earth was the most important thing.

Back at the Palace, a hologram of Sailor Pluto appeared in front of the Sailor Scouts. She told them that travellers had gone into the past. She sensed that one was Small Lady, but that something strange had happened to her. Pluto opened a gateway so that the Sailor Scouts could return to the past. Tuxedo Mask wanted to know what happened before Crystal Tokyo was created, but Sailor Pluto said it was bad to know too much about the future and best to concentrate on the present...
