Welcome to the Darkskull Laboratories Audio Library. This is a compilation of various sounds, tones, and such. All of the sounds on this page are in a standard .wav format. These are examples of the theories and methods at work here at DSL. The first wave of downloadable clips, samples, and loops are now available for the creative among you to take a stab at creation. Check back often, as new additions and modifications occur regularly. All of these files are here for whatever use you deem appropriate, they are all free. Brap on.

To use these files you will need some sort of .wav editing device. If you can hear the background music, you probably have what you need. These are small snippets, designed to be used as one-time effects or in loops. The drones work best if time-stretched. Our goal here is to try to get some original sounds out there into the electronica world. Some of these bits are digitally augmented live recordings, others are pure digital or analog manipulation. The stock will grow and mutate frequently, so be warned there will always be something strange waiting for you here.
