CALI LOVES IT
Hi! My name is O'Cali Chat.
I am named for the town that I
was born in, Ocala, Florida,
and the Chat is French for cat,
also, as you can tell I am a calico.
At the time my pages began I was only 2 1/2.
I am now almost 10 years old.
Calico cat and I live in a
home that I share with
my humans and another cat, Furby, a
real pain. She is a grey and black tiger
but also has gold, apricot and white.
Our our dog DANDI died a couple years ago.
He was 17 and had gotten to be
no fun at all because he could
mot hear or see so we never played
anymore and it wasn't fun to even just
pick on him as I use to either
Actually, thinking about it I kinda do
miss him.
For the most part I am a
typical cat and do all of
the wonderful things we
cats love to do.
My humans read me the
"Bad Kitty" and
"Bad Cat" humor list,
and you'd think I wrote
those lists myself...
.
I was the purrrfect
Bad Kitty!!!!
And now I am
the purrfect "Bad Cat" too.
One of my favorite things to do
is wait until my woman human
opens a bag of marshmallows. Boy,
do I love to chase those and then
I eat them.
Of course I always manage to hide two
or three and go back for more while
she has the bag open so I will be
able to have some later too (do you
think will ever figure this out?)
Another thing I love to do is to climb
onto the headboard on their bed and push
something off on their head to wake them
up when I am ready to play in the early
morning.
Of course I cannot so this too often or
they will lock me out of their room again
besides, Furby is younger and manages
to get into enough trouble for both of
us so mainly I can relax and sleep more now.
One thing that I am really
going to try and
point out to all of you,
my kitty and Cat
friends and their human's
is the subject of
having a pet spayed or
neutered.
Although I am just a little
girl of 7 months,
I listened to MY human
when she explained this
subject to me.
I was in total agreement
that while the idea of
being a mama cat sounded
really neat, the awful
things that could happen
to by babies that no one
wanted scared me to death.
I was spayed when I was
six months old, and while
I will never have babies of
my own, I can be assured
that many, many kittens will
be spared abandonment,
death or worse as a result.
Please impress upon your
human this important
point if you can.
This page is mine to do
with as I choose and
I have tried to find as
many really neat places and
as much information about us
as I could. I hope you will
