A Friend To Me A friend to me is always there through the good times and the bad, Even when I do the things that sometimes makes them mad. A friend to me will not judge the things I do or say, A true friend would never judge me that way. A friend to me will not try to control the things I say or do, And if you try to control me, our friendship is not true. A friend to me is in my heart and there they will always be, That is where I keep the friends that mean so much to me. A friend to me will make me laugh when I am feeling blue, That is what a good friend often tries to do. A friend to me will always hold a special part of my heart, And may our friendship always grow and never shall we part. I hope some day we can all see, This is what a friend should be. You see friendships are so special and they grow more everyday, There is always room in your heart for that special friend to stay. COLOR When you look at color you are judging by our skin, Take the time to know the person that comes from within. Color is the only thing that makes us all aware, That people judge by what they see and that is why they stare. Color is not a choice we have on the day we are conceived, Color means so much more than I could have ever believed.
