PARAGUAY STUDY CIRCLE
The purpose of this page is to provide a means to share information and questions on the philately and postal history of Paraguay.
I hope that this study circle will assist collectors in having questions answered, tentative study finding presented for comments and suggestions, and provide a forum for discussion of sources of information and material.
With the rapid communication provided by e-mail, it should be possible to have all interested parties make comments and observations without the passage of weeks. I have provided my e-mail address and any comments or questions directed to me, I shall answer to the best of my ability, with courtesy copies to all who advise me of their e-mail address. Thus, if anyone on the list can add or correct information it will be of benefit to all of us.
It is my belief that this is the first Web-Only Study Circle in Philately and its success will depend on all interested persons sharing observations, questions and knowledge. From time to time, I shall "distill" information from the e-mail sending and post it to this site.
As some collectors of Paraguay know, I have been putting a draft copy of a proposed handbook on the web. The following link will take you to that site.
