Patrick Garrison receives God and Family Award

On Sunday, September 10, 2000 Patrick Garrison received the God and Family Award, a special religious medal from the Boy Scouts of America.
The service took place at his church, St. Martins-in-the-Fields in Columbia.
The God and Family Award is given to a Scout of the Episcopal faith, who studies more about his faith, God and the family. The Scout must meet certain requirements set forth by the church and the BSA.
Patrick wore his uniform to church during the service.
He is working towards earning the Eagle Scout award, Scouting's highest honor.
