The Garden of J and A
Most of the "models" for these pictures cooperated willingly without undue
force or subtle manipulation. The subjects were for the most part, grown
and tended by my Mother's husband, John. I watched in amazement as the
vacant backyard of the "football-field readiness" of my youth became a
lush, living tribute to the botanical world. The delights of photographic
potential made themselves known.
