I do not have a pet at this time, but I used to have
a Siberian Husky named "King", we moved to a really hot climate so
we gave him to one of our friends in a cold climate. I still get to
see him sometimes. He was a funny dog. He loved jellybeans!! My dad
would put some jellybeans on the floor, and he would say "Take two King"
and King would just take two jellybeans! HE COULD COUNT! Do you believe it!
He also loved popcorn, he would jump around until you gave him some. I was little
when we had him and Mom and Dad wouldn't let him jump up on me in the house, because
he would knock me over, I was 4 at the time. When I would go outside in the back
yard he would run over and I would run and he would get in front of me and TRIP
me and just wag his tail and laugh. The silly dog! We had fun together. I love HUSKIES!
Siberian Huskies are used to pull dogsleds,
and they are good in cold weather. Did you know they have a dog
sled race in Alaska called the Iditirod? (hope I spelled that right)

When I lived in California we had a bird, it was a Pantagonian Conure, and his name was "Gonzo". Pantagonian Conures are from the rain forest in South America. They are from the parrot family. Our conure was green with a yellow and orange chest. He was very pretty. You can teach them how to talk, "Gonzo" could say "hi" and make a kissing noise. It takes a lot of work to teach them.
He really didn't like me that much or my Dad, he liked Mom the best. He would follow her all around the house and get really mad if she left and SQUAAK really loud! My Mom would take him outside with her and he would sit on her shoulder. His flying wings were clipped so he couldn't fly away. I don't think even if his wings weren't clipped that he would fly away, because he sure liked my Mom. Gonzo is in a good home now in California. Birds are a really fun pet though. Gonzo would eat pretzels my Dad would feed him! If you would like to learn more about the pantagonian conure, check out this site
Right now I have petz on my computer. Have you ever heard of them? They are really a lot of fun. Everyday I have to play with my dog "Coolio". He rolls over for treats and sits up too! Coolio really loves to play fetch!

Hey, have any of you heard of Oddballz?? They are petz that live on your
computer too!They are so cute. My Mom bought me the disk, and I love to
play with them. They hatch out of eggs! You can get them at PF Magic too,
but make sure you check with your parents first before you download anything. :)

When I grow up I want to be a veternarian. I really love animals. They seem to
like me too. I have animal friends all over the neighborhood that I see everyday
after schoolif I can. Sometimes I have adults ask me questions about animals,
because I read all about them. I also watch a lot of shows about animals.
I have tried to learn a lot about them. I don't know what veternarian school
I will go to yet, as I am only in 5th grade! :)
