I want to welcome you, current players and those to come, to some neat places to go for online cards. The Internet Game Zone (IGZ), Cases Ladder, MPLAYER, and IPLAY GAMES.

It was April,1997 when I first downloaded IGZ. I was tired of playing spades and hearts on Windows by myself!! So,I went in search of live opponents. I stumbled across IGZ and poof, I not only found opponents, I found many, many new friends!

In the beginning I learned the ins'and outs' of play with the help of some lovely people. The ones that come to mind are Knit To Fit, Arazonia Bunny, Tsorz, Toolman1, and numerous others.

I also had some rough treatment when I wandered unknowingly into the pro room Aces, not knowing how to play, lol. I took my knocks and learned. In those early days I was known as "rnlynn". In spades my handle is "Courtjester56" and in Canasta it is "Crusin4ABruisin".

Very soon, as I became more proficeint, I was was invited to download ICQ. This program allows me full access to my friends, at all times, and is free. Before you knew it, my friends list grew and grew and now I spend quality time with people from all over the world. Well, when i get REAL old my putter comes with me to the retirement home...lol.

Now I will introduce you to the pages that got me started on the net You can go see "Funny Stuff" where I took my friends' handles and linked them up with gifs.

"More Funny" was created when I fell in love with all the Disney Characters that I kept running into in cyberspace. Mickey gets around!!

The Zone has changed with some new competition from other programs but it will always be home :0) You will find links to the other game rooms below. I have a special fondness for MPLAYER because I can not only play spades there but I have a microphone and we sing and talk in real time. WOW!! What a feeling to hear your friends voices. My former pard and friend Zonia heads up the Spades Tourneys on IPLAY but "Catacious" and I dont like the rocking chairs and flying cards!! LOLOLOL! But, there are alot of good opponents and you can win $100 and a trophy on weekends. It is a neat place!

My friend MAB, and I play Casasta online and chat while we play... so fun! You can download it from here right under this message and play it online from Cases Ladder.
