known to all as "Lynn"
(that's my name not the cats!!

Courtjester was born
on June 9, 1941 of Irish and German parents (with a dash of French in there
somewhere) She was Christened Helen after her mother but when her brothers
started to call her Hell Mom said "If you are going to use one end of that
childs name use the other end...Hell+Lynn=Lynn, and so it has been ever
since!!
I was born in Brooklyn,
New York and the moved to Long Island, Manhasset and then Old Westbury.
I was married the first time for 16 years and moved to Catskill, N.Y. where
I raised my 5 kids. Mark in '62. Jim
in'63, Johanna in'64 Paul in 67, and Alison in '68. I have a saying, "Honey
I did my time and if I could get through it so can you!!"
I moved to St. Augustine,
Fla.
in 1977 where I re-married.
I did lots of fishing
there and it was also the place where I finished my R.N. studies
at the age of 40!! Then it was off to Hawaii
I lived in Ewa Beach most of my 10 years there but then I decided
to move back to the mainland because of the cost of living,
the traffic and crime. I learned to love Kareoke
and golf while living in Hawaii.
I now
live in Tacoma, WA. I am retired from nursing after “blowing out” my back and both hips. A retirement apartment building is now called home. I remarried on Valentines Day 2000 and my bridegroom and special love died June 23, 2000 of cancer. I remain single. My former husband Allen also died in the fall of 2004 of cancer.
